Terms & Conditions

1. Despatch Policy. Despatch Policy. Many of our items are manufactured specifically to order. Consequently, whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all goods are despatched as quickly as possible, we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Orders that are solely for plain items that are also in stock will usually be despatched within 48 hours. With regard to Leavers Hoodies, a guide delivery date will be included in the product information.

2. Prices and Tax. The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order.

3. Cancellation and Returns. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. Please send an e-mail to us before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why.

4. Colours. The colour of goods may vary from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

5. Confidentiality. All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

6. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

7. Jurisdiction. The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

8. Returns. If you wish to return any unworn items, please send them back to us at:

enclosing with them a copy of your receipt along with details of replacement items required or a request for a refund. Please also include a daytime telephone number and email address in case of query. You may return your goods by any method, though you may wish to consider a recorded delivery method as we can not be responsible for non-delivery of returned items. All returns are at customers' cost, though there is no additional charge for delivery of exchanged items.

9. Refunds. A refund will be made within 72 hours(Excluding Bank holidays and Weekends) of receipt of the item

10. All telephone calls are recorded for training and quality purposes

11. Ethical & Environmental Trading references are available on request

12. Consumer Rights. None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
